Running ASP Nuke with SQL Server 7
by Kenneth Richards - Wednesday, February 11, 2004
from the Software Releases dept.

In order to get ASP Nuke running on an SQL Server 7 database, you simply need to do a string replacement in the SQL setup scripts. This will be an option in the setup process in the next release of ASP Nuke.

If you would like to get the current version of ASP Nuke up and running on SQL Server 7, you will need to do the following replacement in the files /setup/schema.sql and /setup/data.sql:

Replace "COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS"
With ""

So basically, you are just deleting the COLLATE keyword and the collation type which follows it. This should be done for every occurance of the COLLATE statement within the script.
