Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the following items to Empower Technologies Inc. for an exchange or for a refund:

  • SOFTWARE - There will be absolutely no refunds for software. We accept returns of defective software for exchange only.

  • HARDWARE - We accept returns of any un-opened items from our store for refund. We also accept returns of defective hardware for repair or warranty service. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OPENED, NON-DEFECTIVE HARDWARE FOR RETURN.
    *To clarify, un-opened means that the original factory shrinkwrap around the product box has not been broken.

Please note that there is a 25% restocking fee assessed on all returns for refund.

All returns to Empower Technologies Inc. require a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please obtain an RMA number by emailing our Customer Support Team at [email protected]. Please be sure to include the invoice number, the registration number, and the reason for the return in the email. We will then provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the product.
*Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the sender, no exceptions.

We will notify you via email of your refund or exchange once we have received and processed the returned item.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. We will refund the cost of the product; however, all shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that there is a 25% restocking fee assessed on all products returned for refund.

Empower Technologies Inc. can exchange items only if they are defective.
